Project Description: Southern Stainless was engaged to manufacture and install approximately 700 metres of stainless steel balustrade as part of the Catalina Riverwalk remediation project in Brisbane.
The works also included the fabrication and supply of bridge connection components, contributing to the overall structural upgrade of the riverwalk. Designed for a demanding public environment, the balustrade system provides a durable and low-maintenance solution while maintaining a clean, functional aesthetic.
All components were manufactured from high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel and fully electropolished in-house after fabrication, ensuring enhanced corrosion resistance and long-term performance in riverside conditions.
