Step 2 – Provide Dimensions & Photos
Measure the area for your boat or port name. Send us photos and dimensions so our designer can create a scaled mock-up.

Step 3 – Confirm Your Design
We’ll email you to finalise spelling, size, material, and costs before production begins.
Step 4 – Precision Manufacturing
Our in-house laser cutting machine shapes your letters with meticulous accuracy using high quality 316 stainless steel.
Step 5 – Passivation Treatment
Edges and rear faces are treated with a nitric solution to prevent corrosion and ensure long-lasting durability.
Step 6 – Mirror Polishing
Letters under 3mm are mechanically polished for a brilliant mirror finish. Thicker letters can also have polished edges on request.
Step 7 – Installation Ready
Each letter is cleaned, masked, and fitted with 3M industrial-grade double-sided tape for effortless installation.
