Why Choose Fibre Laser Cutting?
Precision. Speed. Control.
Exceptional Accuracy
CNC-controlled cutting delivers tight tolerances and clean, repeatable results.
Clean Edges
Minimal burring and surface marking reduces secondary finishing.
Fast Turnaround
High-speed fibre technology improves production efficiency.
Flat & Tube Capability
Cut sheet and tube in-house with one integrated system.
Local, In-House Control
Operated at our Ormeau facility for quality assurance and reliable lead times.
Fibre Laser Cutting vs Traditional Cutting
Fibre laser cutting delivers speed, precision and repeatability — particularly important for architectural components, marine hardware and fabricated assemblies where accuracy impacts final fit and finish.
How It Works
Fibre laser cutting uses a concentrated, high-powered laser beam to precisely melt and cut through metal. Our CNC-controlled system follows your CAD drawings with exact accuracy, producing clean profiles in flat sheet or tube sections.
Because the process is non-contact, there is:
No mechanical stress on the material
Minimal distortion
Consistent, repeatable results
For engineers, designers and project managers, this means reliable tolerances and predictable outcomes.
Integrated Manufacturing Solutions
Laser cutting is just one stage of the fabrication process.
We integrate seamlessly with:
Press Brake (Folding)
Welding & fabrication
Polishing & finishing
Electropolishing
Full mechanical and electrical assembly
This moves us beyond a cutting service — we become your complete manufacturing partner, from raw material to finished product.
Built and Cut In-House
All laser cutting is performed at our Ormeau facility, centrally located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We proudly service the Gold Coast, Brisbane, South East Queensland, and clients across Australia.
Keeping production in-house gives us complete control over quality, scheduling, and delivery. Nothing is outsourced. Every component is laser cut, inspected, and managed by our team — ensuring consistent standards, clear accountability, and dependable turnaround times.
